Most fixes are configuration, not new software. With your IT team or managed service provider we set up single sign-on, tenant settings, retention and access, so client information stays in systems you control and can audit. The approved path becomes the easy one.
We build inside the systems you already run, such as document management, Microsoft 365 and your CRM. One workflow at a time, scoped and tested with the people who will use it every day, and respecting the access rules already in place.
Runbooks for IT, training for the people who use and support each system, and a usage policy leadership can adopt. Nothing we build depends on us staying.
